We offer standard and express shipping services on all Australian orders.

All orders are sent via Australia Post and are sent with "Authority to Leave". If you require a signature at time of delivery, you'll need to select the "Signature on delivery" option at the check-out. 
Please note if you choose to send standard shipping without signature, you are accepting responsibility if your order is to go missing in the post. We highly recommend you choose this option.

Orders over $300 qualify for free standard shipping.

International shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. If your destination is not showing up, please get in touch and we will provide you with a shipping quote.


Full priced items may be returned for a store credit if returned in unworn, new condition, with tags still attached, within 14 days of receiving purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received and processed accordingly. Shipping fees are non refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

We do not currently offer exchanges, however you can return for a store credit to repurchase your desired item. Please note items must be returned in unworn, new condition, with tags still attached and within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Shipping fees are non refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping charges. 


Our items are all quality checked before being sent out to you, however if you feel you have received a faulty item please email us with a photo of the fault and details on your order. We will replace the faulty item if they are defective or damaged prior to wear. 


If you have selected shipping without signature on delivery, unfortunately we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit. If however you have selected a shipping method with signature required, we are able to follow this up for you and resend your order where necessary. Please note you are also responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address. Please email us immediately if you enter information incorrectly, it is not always possible to change, however we will do our best to update your order if it has not already been processed. 



EVA Items:

To keep them in good condition, please avoid prolonged exposure to heat or sun, such as in a hot car or sitting out in the sun as this can cause the material to warp.

As EVA is waterproof, it is very easily cleaned to keep looking brand new. Simply clean with warm soapy water and a cloth. Baby wipes are also a great on the go alternative! For tougher stains, there are specific EVA foam cleaning products on the market that you can try, or for a natural alternative, vinegar and water or baking soda are great options. 


We recommend spot cleaning our straps to keep them looking fresh. 


Our gold toned hardware has an electroplate coating which, with prolonged regular use will wear off over time. To get the longest life out of your gold toned pieces, we recommend avoiding exposure to things like sunscreen, perfume, lotions and salt water, which will increase the wear of the coating.
